マリオットプラチナからヒルトンダイヤモンド会員へのステータスマッチを行い成功しましたので、2023年時点のヒルトンダイヤモンド会員のメリット、ヒルトンダイヤへのステータスマッチへ成功しやすい会員資格、ステータスマッチの条件と実際の画像を用いた申請方法の解説、失敗談、宿泊実績のスクショに便利な拡張機能をまとめてみました。

ステータスマッチとは？
「ステータスマッチ」とは、
あるプログラム（航空会社のマイレージプログラム、ホテルのポイントプログラムなど）の上級会員資格を所持している場合、他の航空会社やホテルグループの会員制度の上級会員資格を条件なしに獲得できる
という制度です。 本来は数多くのフライトや宿泊が必要な上級会員のステータスを無条件で得られる大変お得な制度です。
私は以前デルタ スカイマイル アメリカン・エキスプレス®・ゴールド・カードを所持しており「デルタ航空ゴールドメダリオン」でしたので、ユナイテッド航空マイレージプラスプレミアゴールドにステータスマッチを申請し成功したことがあります。
その時以来のステータスマッチチャレンジということになります。
ヒルトンダイヤモンド会員ステータスマッチに成功しやすい会員資格は？
最近のブログなどを見ているとヒルトンダイヤモンド会員にステータスマッチされるのは
IHGプラチナかスパイア
マリオットプラチナ以上
アコープラチナ
ハイアットグローバリスト
という報告が多いです。
数年前にはヒルトンゴールド→ベストウェスタンダイヤモンド→ヒルトンダイヤモンドというもともとヒルトンゴールドだったのにベストウェスタンを通すとヒルトンダイヤモンドになるという魔法のようなステータスマッチ成功報告が散見されましたが最近は厳しいようです。
私はIHGプラチナ、マリオットプラチナですが、まずは最近の滞在実績が多いマリオットプラチナを元にステータスマッチすることとしました。

ダイヤモンド会員特典がゴールド会員より大きく違うのはアップグレード（スイートまで可）とラウンジ（常に利用可）ということになりますでしょうか。
今回はヒルトンに数滞在する予定ですのでステータスマッチを申請することにしました
ステータスマッチの条件
2023年4月時点ヒルトンのステータスマッチの条件は以下となっています
ステータスマッチが承認→90日間ステータスをゴールドにアップグレード
90日以内に
8泊→2025年3月までヒルトンゴールド会員の資格が継続
14泊→2025年3月までヒルトンダイヤモンド会員の資格が継続
ちなみにヒルトンの過去のステータスマッチの条件は以下のようになっていました

ヒルトンのステータス獲得に必要な「宿泊数」「滞在数」「ベースポイント数」は従来の基準より2022年はそれぞれ30％削減、2021年はそれぞれ50％削減となっていましたので、ステータスマッチの基準もそれに合わせて削減したのでしょう。

※2020年12月まではステータスマッチ元のステータスによりゴールドorダイヤモンドにステータスマッチされていましたが、2021年1月以降はステータスマッチ元のステータスにかかわらずまずは全員ゴールドからのスタート→その後90日間の実績でゴールドのままかダイヤモンドになるか決まるというシステムになってしまいました…
7. Do Reward Stays count toward achieving the night requirements?
No, Reward Stays do not count toward achieving the Status Match requirements.
3. Who is eligible for Status Match?
Members who are currently at Base or Silver tier and have not previously enrolled in Status Match.
つまり、ステータスマッチの対象者は「現在ベースまたはシルバーの会員で、以前にステータスマッチに登録していない方」…つまり、現在ヒルトンゴールド会員の方はステータスマッチに登録できません…
ヒルトンステータスマッチ申請方法
まずは以下のリンクからステータスマッチ申請のページへ行きます！
下へスクロールしていくと情報を記入する画面になります。以下の情報を記入し、画像を添付しましょう！
入力が必要な情報
姓名
メールアドレス
ヒルトン会員番号（当たり前ですが事前にヒルトンオナーズに入会する必要があります）
ステータスマッチ元プログラム
選択できるのはChoice、Hyatt、IHG、Marritt、Best Western、Accorとなっています。Otherもありますので他のホテルプログラムでも可能ではあるでしょうが上記が無難と思われます。
ステータスマッチ元の現ステータス
画像添付が必要なもの
ステータスマッチ元のステータスの証拠となるJPEGの画像（スクリーンショットなど）
ヒルトンからのメールでは
・A screenshot or photo of your current membership card from your existing program
・Copy of your most recent account statement from your existing program
・Screenshot of your account summary page from your existing program (from your desktop or mobile)
となっていますので、メンバーカードのスクショや写真、アカウントサマリーのスクショやコピーが求められています。
ステータスマッチ元の12か月以内の宿泊実績が分かるJPEGの画像（スクリーンショットなど）
ヒルトンからのメールでは
・Copy of your most recent account statement from your existing program, showing property and date information relating to your stay
・Invoice from the relevant property
となっていますので、スクショでもいいですしインボイスでもいいようです
最後に以下の画像のような３か所のチェックボックスにチェックを入れ、一番下の「Match My Status Now」をクリックして申請完了となります

早くも翌日に返信のメールがやってきました！開けてみると様子がおかしい…

ついスマホのスクリーンショット画面で申請したのですが、マリオットアプリは言語を変更できないので何も考えず日本語ページで申請してしまっていました…英語でないとだめです！僕のような失敗はしないようにして下さい（笑）
モバイルページやアプリではページの全てが入らないのでPCページからスクショをやり直します。
PCから英語ページのスクリーンショットを撮ったのですが、画像は１枚しか添付できず全ての情報が入った画像を送るには単なるスクリーンショットでは難しいです。ページ全体のスクリーンショットを撮るにはChromeを使われている方は「Blipshot」という拡張機能が便利で私も愛用しています。ダウンロードや使い方などは詳細に解説されていますので以下のページをご参照ください。
そしてスクショをメールに添付して再送します。まぁこのように申請が引っかかって再申請する場合はメールに何枚でも添付できますので、ひっかかったらじゃんじゃんスクショして添付するのも一つの方法です（笑）
無事にヒルトンダイヤモンドが付与されました！
返信メールを送った翌日にこんなメールが来ました！（当時は8滞在クリアでダイヤモンド継続でした）

Once approved for Status Match, we will upgrade your status to Gold for 90 days
Stay a minimum of 5 nights within your 90 day trial period, and we’ll upgrade your status to Gold
Even better: if you complete an additional 4 nights (9 nights total) within your 90 day trial period, we’ll upgrade your status to Diamond
3. Who is eligible for Status Match?Members who are currently at Base or Silver tier and have not previously enrolled in Status Match.
4. Why are Gold and Diamond members restricted from Status Match?

9. I have requested Status Match but it wasn’t approved until after I completed a stay. Can you retroactively add the stay to the challenge?
No, we are unable to add any stays to the challenge that have occurred prior to being approved for Status Match. Please be sure to submit your Status Match request well in advance of an upcoming stay.
10. What if I decide that I want to save this benefit for a later time, but I have already submitted my Status Match request?
Once a member elects to use this benefit and the Status Match is successfully applied to their account, this action is considered final and is not reversible. Please determine the best time to use this benefit according to your personal travel situation before submitting your request through the online form.
Remember, you can only use Status Match once, so use it when you really need it.
